This is a new pilot program that helps lenders offer credit-worthy borrowers low-cost loans for the use of energy-saving improvements to their homes.

This program is backed by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). These new FHA PowerSaver loans can offer up to $25,000 to homeowners, allowing them to make energy-efficient improvements to the home.
